Designation: Business Development Manager Office Location: KLI - Mumbai - Intellion Square - HO Mumbai (Head Office) Educational qualification - Bachelor's Degree Required work experience - 12 to 15 years in Life Insurance Roles and Responsibilities: To manage team of ABDMs, SMs and Sales Associates in the state To coach and mentor team in mobilizing life insurance business from the assigned locations/ districts. To achieve NOP and premium target of the unit by generating business through team of reportees Will also be instrumental in designing and executing schemes for the partner Will be responsible for driving Quality Parameters like ECS, low surrenders, low FLCs etc MIS management for the team and channel Daily / Monthly Activity Monitoring of team Candidate must work in open architecture
