Reporting into our Head Housekeeper, you’ll ensure our suites are cleaned, attended and presented to the highest standard, creating a magical stay for our guests. Your responsibilities will include: Providing excellent customer service to all guests, giving a warm and friendly interaction Following daily plans, ensuring all rooms are serviced on time Working as part of a team and supporting colleagues
