We are seeking an Associate Manager Supply Chain Continuous Improvement to join our dynamic supply chain team. Find out more below! Specific Responsibilities Own and evolve a multi‑year continuous improvement strategy aligned to business objectives, operational priorities, and long‑term supply chain capability. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tangible improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance. Own improvement projects end‑to‑end, from opportunity identification and problem definition through to implementation, benefit realisation, and sustainment. Apply lean and CI methodologies (5S, SMED, TPM, VSM, Kaizen, Visual Management, Problem Solving). Improve material flow, internal logistics, inventory management, and warehousing processes to increase flow, reliability, and productivity. Work with ERP and supply chain systems to analyse data and support improvement initiatives. Track and communicate project progress and benefits using clear KPIs. Coach, train, and develop CI capability within teams through hands‑on support, knowledge sharing, and structured problem‑solving. Work closely with operational leaders, engineering, and supply chain teams to embed improvements into standard ways of working. Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to align objectives, remove barriers, and influence change without direct authority. Promote best practice adoption across sites and the wider organisation.
