Position Specific Requirements 1)Responsible for Managing service operations in the assigned State / Area 2) Critical issues analysis and raise technical support request. 3) Service KPI monitoring, analysis & improvements implementation - Dealer KPI, Service Quality KPI, MTTR, Response time. 4) Dealer Development. 5) Competitor benchmarking & market intelligence gathering. 6) GOEM Visit & Development. 7) Key customer to visit - Telecom, Railways, Banking sectors. 8) New Channel readiness of assigned State/ Area 9) Conduct On the Job training for Service Engineers and Dealer Service managers. Qualification : Diploma / B.E (Electrical / Automobile)
