Manager- Higher Education Partnerships, UK/Europe

**Job purpose**

To manage the day-to-day delivery and coordination of Higher Education partnerships across the UK and Europe within the Global Recruitment Team (GRT), reporting to the Director- Higher Education Partnerships, UK/Europe (GRT).

The role works closely with the Associate Director- Higher Education Partnerships, UK/Europe (GRT) to ensure partnership priorities, recruitment actions, stakeholder follow-up and operational issues are progressed effectively across Oxford International, university partners and global recruitment channels.

The Manager will support effective partnership management by maintaining strong working relationships with university stakeholders, College Directors, Regional Directors and central teams, ensuring clear communication, accurate updates and timely resolution of issues that may affect recruitment performance or partner confidence.

The role focuses on enabling recruitment performance, strengthening partnership delivery and ensuring cross-functional actions are tracked through to completion across admissions, compliance, marketing, recruitment and operational teams.
