Berlin, Germany | Full-time | Based in Berlin, Germany Rapid Pioneers is the investment group behind one of the most decorated and successful company builders and investors in Europe in the consumer space — with a track record spanning some of the most exciting brands in beauty, food & beverages, and FMCG this decade. We are constantly building and investing — and we're looking for a high-potential generalist to be involved in everything : from evaluating business ideas and investments to researching trends and developing original ideas for companies to build. As Founder's Associate, you'll work directly alongside our founder across all three core activities: building new consumer companies, making investment decisions, and shaping the ecosystem around us. This is not a support role — it's a seat at the table from day one. Tasks What You'll Work On 1. Building Companies Identify emerging market trends and white spaces in the consumer landscape Spot and evaluate opportunities for new companies to build Develop original business ideas — and defend them with structured thinking and data Support the end-to-end process of taking a company from concept to launch 2. Investments Engage directly with founders — sourcing conversations, evaluating pitches, and building relationships across the ecosystem Scope and assess new investment opportunities from first look to final decision Lead and coordinate due diligence processes across market, commercial, and competitive dimensions Synthesize findings and formulate clear investment recommendations 3. Community Building & Events Help build and maintain a thriving community of founders, investors, and brand builders Plan, coordinate, and co-host events, dinners, and gatherings within the consumer and startup ecosystem Actively represent Rapid Pioneers in the ecosystem — online and in person Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and emerging talent Requirements Must-Haves At least a Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment (top-tier consulting, startup, scale-up, VC, finance, brand building, etc.) — high-impact internships will also be considered Based in Germany or willing to relocate Excellent written and verbal communication in English Experience & interest in AI tools (Claude Co-Work, Lovable, etc.) Mindset & Soft Skills Genuine passion for consumer brands, company building, and the startup ecosystem Problem-solver with strong analytical thinking — able to structure ambiguous problems quickly Proactive, resourceful, and execution-focused — you don't wait to be told what to do Entrepreneurial mindset: you come with ideas, not just answers High ownership and willingness to go the extra mile Natural connector who enjoys bringing people together Benefits A seat at the table with one of Europe's most experienced consumer company builders and investors Deep exposure to the full cycle of company building and investing — from idea to execution to exit High learning curve, fast execution cycles, and early responsibility Option to evolve into a leadership role Interview Journey Initial Conversation (20 min) — A first chat to get to know each other, introduce the role and setup, and ensure mutual alignment on expectations and goals.
