SAP HR Compensation Management Consultant (10%)

For an SAP S/4HANA migration programme in Lausanne, we are looking for an experienced SAP HR Compensation Management Consultant. This is a specialised part-time role focused mainly on concept and design activities related to SAP HR Compensation Management within a migration context. Provide expert support for SAP HR Compensation Management Analyse compensation-related requirements in the context of an SAP migration Support concept and design activities for the HR compensation area Advise on migration implications for compensation management processes Support brownfield or shell-copy migration activities Ensure alignment with Swiss compensation-related laws and regulations Support discussions around banking-specific compensation processes and regulatory requirements Collaborate with project stakeholders, HR teams and migration specialists Expert-level knowledge of SAP HR Compensation Management Experience with brownfield or shell-copy SAP migrations Strong understanding of HR compensation processes Ability to work independently in a specialised advisory role
