Program and Delivery Lead (80-100%)

We are looking for a committed Program and Delivery Lead who would like to strengthen our team and help realize our vision. Tasks Own an integrated delivery plan to achieve compliance-driven initiatives across multiple workstreams (policy review and adoption, identity & access management, observability, disaster recovery, release deployment, control design and execution) Ensure consistent and timely reporting to stakeholders and information exchange across the topic leads Identify, track and mitigate issues that endanger scope or timeline Drive closing activities: formal documentation that will need to pass quality gates and meet acceptance criteria Requirements Strong project management skills including a track record to proof it Prior experience working in a regulated environment of at least 3 years Experience in stakeholder management and communication Good understanding of IT technical landscapes and compliance requirements Ability to handle and overcome difficult and tense situations Fluent and professional communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken
