Inside Sales Representative

Seal & Design, Inc. is a family owned company founded and located in Clarence, NY with three divisions located across the U.S. and Canada. Our product line includes gaskets, o-rings, seals, molded rubber and plastics, die-cut foams, and many other products for a wide array of sealing applications. We provide superior products to our customers across many industries, including: Automotive, Medical, Military & Defense, Aerospace, Electronics, Power Generation, Hydraulics, and HVAC.

• Order entry
• Customer support
• Quoting and part set-up
• Provide order status; expedite as necessary
• Source raw material and products
• Review forecasts and maintain ERP system
• Support account managers and outside sales as needed

Requirements

• Willingness to grow professionally, with desire to move quickly from customer service/inside sales into full account management.
• Ambitious and self-starting
• Detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Technical aptitude with strong analytical skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or two years experience
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain are a plus
