3+ years of HVAC experience is preferred, but not required Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the HVAC trade Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to lift equipment and materials and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other job site environments Ability to follow directions and work effectively with experienced technicians Reliable transportation to and from work EPA Certification is a plus or willingness to obtain employer-sponsored certification Chill Out A/C & Heating, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
