Job Summary Join the Supply Chain Planning team at Processing Solutions & Equipment as a Senior Master Scheduler! In this position, you play an important role in synchronising and improving our equipment supply chains. The team is based in Sweden, Italy, and China and you will work closely with global colleagues to provide cost-effective, high-quality solutions to our clients. You make critical decisions daily and balance this with long-term goals, supported by a knowledgeable team with a strong continuous improvement mindset. In the role as Senior Master Scheduler, you will lead operational management of tasks and responsibilities related to global Master Scheduling. You will also be expected to shape the next generation of our Sales & Operations Execution process to enhance agility to customer needs through collaboration and decisive actions. This position is based in Lund, Swede n, allows you to make a strong personal mark in our End-to-end planning process. Are you ready to join us on this journey? What you will do Review and act on weekly operational tasks and responsibilities for global Master Scheduling Be first point of contact for markets, suppliers and production for delivery time escalations Translate short-term demand into capacity requirements for Production Plants and suppliers Define and communicate the production pace for FM (Filling Machine) and DE (Downstream Equipment) Supply Chains Synchronise Master Productions Schedules with internal and external stakeholders Support NPI (New Product Introduction) in the Supply Chain Ramp-up phase Contribute to next generation Sales & Operations Execution process Be accountable for supply reliability and committed lead times for the products under your responsibility Contribute to the monthly Sales & Operations Planning cycle Continuously improve the way of working by applying World Class Manufacturing and Lean practices We believe you have Min 5 years of Practical experience from different roles related to Supply Chain Planning Experience from leading people, formally or informally in an international setting Proven expertise in capacity planning, supply chain planning and order planning Knowledge of SAP R/3 planning modules or other planning tools (MRP, MRP II, Advance Scheduling) Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management and Engineering or similar Excellent English knowledge, both spoken and written We Offer You A variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape A culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible results An equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusion Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangements Apply Now If you are inspired to be part of our promise to protect what’s good; for food, people, and the planet, apply through our careers page at .
