Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

•Management of net payroll (processing of variable payments, preparation of test payrolls, processing payroll corrections, preparation of social security estimation runs, obtaining approvals for payroll and preparation of payment files)

•Contact person for payroll-related matters

•Contact person for health insurance companies, tax offices, employers’ liability insurance associations and pension insurance companies

•Transmission of personnel costs to finance department

•Preparation of payroll-specific reports and monitoring compliance with legal/collective wage regulations
