About The Role

Location: Stäfa, Switzerland Fulltime, 6 Months As part of an international Audiological Individualization Team, you will contribute to the development of software infrastructure that powers the audiological fitting and customization of hearing aids. You will work closely with software engineers, audiological experts, and architects on the evolution of our new platform which will form the foundation of future audiological solutions. Your Tasks Extend and enhance our Python-based framework Port existing functionality from our C# fitting software into Python Test, validate, and optimize migrated code to ensure reliability and performance Support the continuous improvement of development processes and software infrastructure Your Profile Final-year Bachelor's student or Master's student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field Strong practical Python programming skills gained through university, personal projects, internships, or other hands-on experience Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles, software design, testing, and debugging Ability to read and understand C# code Familiarity with AI-supported development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar is a plus Good English language skills What We Offer As one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
