IT Application Solutions Lead (80-100%)

Location: Wangen b. Dübendorf When: 1 October 2026 Your mission: In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of a Salesforce-based cloud solution (Riskonnect) and additional corporate IT applications, including administrative task of maintaining the solutions. You will act as the key link between business stakeholders, IT, and external suppliers, ensuring high-quality solution design, integration, and delivery aligned with Skyguide’s IT strategy. Your tasks: Own end-to-end software solutions and architecture, ensuring integration within the corporate IT landscape, with a primary focus on Salesforce-based Riskonnect and additional corporate IT applications Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to translate needs into clear technical requirements, providing guidance and knowledge transfer Lead technical delivery across the full solution lifecycle, from requirements and design to deployment, go-live, and operational support including administrator tasks Ensure high-quality delivery through impact analysis, release planning, and alignment with business processes Maintain stable operations via proactive monitoring. Assess updates and release patches on theirs impact, act 2nd/3rd-level support, including vendor and access management Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to translate needs into clear technical requirements, providing guidance and knowledge transfer Drive continuous improvement and future-ready solutions, contributing to IT roadmap alignment and annual budget planning What we are looking for: Hands-on Salesforce conceptual and administrator experience, ideally including Riskonnect, Experience Cloud, and custom applications; willing to learn additional platforms Strong understanding of user and access management, APIs and integrations, and data models/database Experience with software testing, release management, external vendors, and risk management environments is an advantage Knowledge of business domains - ATM operational safety, information or physical security, audit, or compliance frameworks - is a plus Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate technical topics into business language Flexibility: You adapt quickly to changing situations, stay open to new ideas and feedback, and step in where needed to support your team Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions Growth mindset: You embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, continuously seek to learn and improve, and actively work to overcome limiting beliefs Fluent in German and English; French is a plus What we offer: We offer flexible working options, depending on the role, and a competitive salary with attractive working conditions and numerous fringe benefits.
