**About the role:**

As a Project Manager at Gradion, you'll lead international IT delivery projects across both our Dedicated Team engagements (long-term partnerships) and Fixed-Price projects (defined scope, defined outcome). You'll be the person clients rely on to keep things clear, honest, and moving, turning ambiguous requirements into a plan the team can execute, spotting risks before they become surprises, and helping clients make the calls that keep projects on track.

This is a client-facing role. You'll be trusted to speak plainly, push back when it matters, and use modern tools, especially AI, to work smarter, not just harder.

### In this role, you will

  • Lead IT delivery projects end-to-end: from planning through delivery, for both Dedicated Team and Fixed-Price engagements, adapting your approach to what each model needs.
  • Turn client requirements into a clear, actionable plan with scope, assumptions, and success criteria the team can build against.
  • Be the main point of contact between clients, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Spot risks early, raise them clearly, and drive them to a decision with options and a recommendation, not just a status update.
  • Keep Fixed-Price projects within scope, budget, and margin by managing change requests and preventing scope creep.
  • Keep Dedicated Team engagements on a healthy rhythm, capacity planning, priorities, and continuous alignment with the client.
  • Use AI tools to speed up requirements review, risk analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication while checking the output before it goes out.
  • Spot opportunities to grow the account and contribute to business development.
  • Travel to client sites when it helps the project or the relationship.

### What you will bring

  • A university degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in IT development, with hands-on experience running both Dedicated Team and Fixed-Price projects, you know the difference and how to manage each well.
  • Excellent international English communication skills is a must.
  • Experience working with cross-cultural, English-speaking teams.
  • A track record of turning unclear client requirements into clear, deliverable scope.
  • Confidence to raise risks and difficult topics early with clients and internally.
  • Comfort using AI tools in your daily work, and the judgment to know when to trust the output and when to double-check it.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities shift.
  • Hands-on technical experience or a solid understanding of software development processes is a plus.
