Senior Manager Business Continuity Management

**About the Role**

Business Continuity Management (BCM) Head oversees the development, review, and implementation of Business Continuity Management Framework, including their adherence to regulatory requirements and best practice standards. This position’s scope of work covers the whole GoTo ecosystem, which consists of e-commerce, on-demand-service, logistics, and financial technology. Therefore successful candidate will obtain exposure to implementing business continuity in the Group’s fast and dynamic business operations. The goal of BCM is to drive and continously enhance the Group’s resilience and continuity. You will be based in Pasaraya office - Jakarta, with full working from office arrangement.

### What You Will Do

• Perform development and review of Business Continuity Management Framework and its supporting policies;
• Strategize, coordinate, and provide challenge and advisory in the implementation of Business Continuity Programs such as BCP, BCP testing, Crisis Management exercise, and ways of integrating Business Continuity concept and awareness in the operational of business and support functions;
• Respond to audit and regulatory requirements on BCM;
• Design and deliver BCM communications and clinic sessions;
• Provide Business Continuity update report to Management
• Facilitate and support the execution of the plans at the time of a crisis event.

### What You WIll Need

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline from a reputable university
• Minimum 8 years of Business Continuity Management experience in prominent consulting firms and/or multinational companies
• Growth mindset, analytical, assertive, and good interpersonal skill
• Relevant BCM certifications (Plus point)
• Good competency in English, verbal and written.
