**About the Role:**

This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset, capable of working in cross-functional environments to design, implement, and scale initiatives that enhance fleet efficiency, driver quality, and overall brand reliability.

### Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily fleet operations to ensure vehicles are safe, compliant, and operational.
  • Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance for diesel and gasoline vehicles.
  • Coordinate with workshops and vendors for repairs, inspections, and servicing.
  • Track vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance records and report deviations.
  • Coordinate driver schedules and follow up on adherence to company policies and road safety regulations.
  • Support handling of emergency situations such as breakdowns or accidents and escalate when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety standards, and company procedures.
  • Assist in incident and accident reporting and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Support cost control activities and maintain accurate fleet documentation and reports.

### Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fleet coordination, fleet operations, or a similar role.
  • Basic to good technical knowledge of diesel and gasoline vehicle maintenance.
  • Experience in coordinating drivers, including scheduling, follow-up, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and support the handling of emergency situations effectively.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with drivers, workshops, and internal teams.
  • Basic computer skills, including fleet management systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
  • Logistics or transportation background is preferred.
  • **Working Conditions:**
  • May require on-call availability for emergencies.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as operational needs require
