Service Engineer (m/f/d)

Your role in our team You will be responsible for the installation, repair, conversion and regular maintenance and repair of inspection machines. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely, professional technical service to our international customers Your tasks also include instructing the users on the customer side in the commissioning and functioning of the machines You will also provide sales-supporting technical advice for our service activities. You will also document the service assignments Your profile You have completed vocational training in a technical field, preferably mechatronics, image processing, electrical engineering or information electronics. Ideally, you have a degree as a technician or master craftsman as well as professional experience Analytical skills and a structured and independent way of working are among your abilities You also have a strong customer/service orientation and good communication skills.
