• **Job duties:**
• Work hybrid remote.
• Lead the preparation of wills and other wealth transfer documents for clients with varying family circumstances and levels of wealth.

• Prepare wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents tailored to clients' unique family dynamics and financial objectives.
• Counsel individuals and families on estate planning, wealth preservation, probate administration, and strategies for complex estates.
• Draft, revise, and finalize comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related instruments.
• Oversee all phases of trust and estate administration, including fiduciary accountings and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Stay current on developments in estate planning, taxation, elder law, and asset protection to provide informed, strategic legal counsel.

**Required:**

• NJ Bar
• Recent trusts & estates experience
