About The Role

Department : CREOS IT | Location : Luxembourg | Contract : Permanent | Job Requisition N° 20128 Your tasks • You design and maintain coherent, secure and scalable IT solutions aligned with business needs, corporate strategy and architectural standards • You define and drive solution roadmaps to continuously enhance IT capabilities and ensure alignment with the target architecture • You act as a bridge between business and IT stakeholders, facilitating dialogue and ensuring a common understanding of requirements, constraints and priorities • You coordinate, review and validate solution designs across projects, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture principles and governance standards • You promote the adoption of end-to-end solutions and support project teams throughout the entire solution lifecycle, from design to implementation • You monitor technology trends and innovations, providing recommendations to continuously improve the company's IT landscape Your profile • You hold a master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally as Solution Architect, IT Architect, Senior Software Engineer or in a comparable role • You have proven experience with SAP and non-SAP enterprise landscapes, data architecture, data flows, master data, and integration patterns. • You have proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions within a multi-stakeholder environment. • You possess a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, IT governance and IT security concepts. • You demonstrate excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. • You can bridge business requirements and technical constraints while maintaining a strategic vision. • You have a good understanding of the Utilities Industry, including energy markets, grid operations, digitalisation, and regulation. • You are proactive, structured and solution-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Proficient in English, with additional knowledge in German, French and/or Luxembourgish being a plus What we offer • The opportunity to join a Group that actively shapes the energy transition in Luxembourg and the Greater Region • A multicultural and international working environment that encourages diversity and inclusion • A competitive salary with many additional benefits (e.g. pension plan, additional health insurance, company restaurant, meal vouchers, car allowance, etc.) • Continuous learning and development career path adapted to the needs of each employee • Hybrid working mode with the possibility to work from home and 34 days off per year For external applications, a recent copy of the police record will be requested if you are invited for an interview.
