At the core of the role: coordination, technical leadership, and impact — working closely with technical leads and stakeholders to deliver high‑value solutions. 🔥 Your mission Lead and coordinate cross‑site development initiatives , driving strong alignment and team synergy. Act as the technical reference for the system and its architecture across the full lifecycle. Ensure Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments are met. Drive exchanges with stakeholders and technical leaders, enabling smooth collaboration. Boost innovation and continuously optimize technical solutions. You bring: An engineering degree (systems, software, telecommunications, electronics, or equivalent). Around 5 years of experience in embedded systems, electronic products, or IT/network environments. Solid experience leading or coordinating technical teams . Fluent English , comfortable working in an international context. Strong decision‑making and prioritization skills . A collaborative mindset built on transparency and adaptability .
