MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCIES Educational Requirements: Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or scientific subjects English, full proficient use Desirable: Master degree in engineering or scientific topics Able to demonstrate tool and process knowledge in specific group (i.e. a Performance Manager would be desirable to have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt certification) Experience: Mandatory: Engineering and processes background Experience in project/program execution and management Specific hands-on experience in its own Metier/Domain Experience and understanding in project effort estimation Knowledge of several Alstom platform Experience in performance/ processes & governance/ workload/ planning management or related field. Comprehensive understanding of governance models and balanced scorecards in a technical environment. Compressive understanding of Data Analysis and performance reporting. Experience of working in multicultural and international environments. Desirable: Involvement in projects with teams in other Regional and Development Centres Established networking Knowledgeable of visual management, data automation, data manipulation Engineering experience Competencies & Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills Open-minded, motivated and results driven.
