Join our Talent Acquisition team as a trainee and play a pivotal role in attracting the best talent to our organization. Your contribution to our success Optimize ATS workflows and support high-volume interview scheduling and contract handling. Serve as a contact point for candidates, ensuring smooth communication and a positive experience. Maintain data and reports in the ATS to support recruitment monitoring and decisions. Contribute to HR innovation/digitalization projects and participate in team meetings to suggest improvements. Your skills Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (HR / Business / Data / related field) and able to provide a compulsory internship agreement Strong analytical skills and interest in HR Analytics (comfortable working with data, Excel/Sheets, dashboards or BI tools) High level of tech-savviness, curiosity, and willingness to learn new tools and methods Fluent in English; French or German is a strong asset Availability to join from 17 August, 01 or 15 September, 01 or 15 October for a 6–12 month full-time internship within the Talent Acquisition team
