Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital initiatives within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and external vendors.
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and digital solutions.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and report status to senior stakeholders.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering digital projects in the banking or financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience managing:
• Mobile and digital customer journeys within banking applications.
• Public-facing websites, including content, customer experience, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
