You'll help build Furo from the ground up — across product, operations, and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a fast-paced environment (top-tier consulting, investment banking, or hypergrowth startup)
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and make decisions independently
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
• Curiosity for the energy transition and climate tech space
• Fluent in German (at least C1)

Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in energy before. What matters most is your drive, ownership, and willingness to learn fast.
