• (outside IR35) | Must start by 3rd August
• (contract until end November with chance of renewal)

Role Summary

• We are looking for a hands-on Senior Test Analyst OR a Test Lead to provide end-to-end QA for the
• proof of concept
• and implementation of a document and workspace management solution. The role covers functional, integration, security and migration testing.
• This role
• requires demonstrable iManage experience within a complex implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure full test coverage
• Create and maintain test plans, scenarios, scripts, test data and evidence
• Execute functional, integration, security, migration and end-to-end testing
• Validate workspace provisioning, metadata, permissions, archiving and destruction
• Log and manage defects with clear reproduction steps, severity and evidence
• Report progress, risks, quality status and release-readiness recommendations

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on testing experience at Senior Test Analyst or Test Lead level

Demonstrable

• iManage
• experience within a complex implementation
• Experience testing document management, workspace lifecycle and access controls
• Strong functional, integration, security and migration testing capability
• Full test lifecycle ownership, including planning, defects, reporting and closure

Good

Azure DevOps

• test management and defect-tracking experience
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to work independently

Desirable

Litera CAM implementation, migration or SaaS transition experience

Exposure to Intapp, Microsoft 365, Teams, Active Directory, MDM or Litera Milan
