Design Engineer

Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Design Engineer to join our team in Hollister, CA. In collaboration with PacSci leadership and our site engineering teams, this role will play a pivotal part in supporting programs and processes to drive business excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Work as a Design Engineer, completing sustainment engineering milestones such as failure analysis and simulations - Actively participate in Group Design Reviews. - Work within our Configuration Management System to manage program documentation -Participate in project management - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations - Perform data reporting and analysis, encompassing qualitative and quantitative aspects, across various projects. Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum of 7 years of experience and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Solidworks, Data Analysis tools and other relevant business/engineering software. - Excellent organizational skills.
