HSU Workstudy University Events

CONTACT INFORMATION: University Events Office 325-670-1017 or SUMMARY/SCOPE: A University Events Student worker helps with the many facets of events here on campus. From alumni awards dinners, homecoming festivities, luncheons, University Christmas Party and more, our office provides logistical and creative help to make events on campus top notch. Along with the actual events, our office also runs the campus reservation and calendaring system. This job requires someone creative, who likes making centerpieces, photobooths, balloon arches and more. Experience with glue guns, exacto knives, and painting is a plus!
