Key Roles and Responsibilities Provide support to Business Development on technical proposal, estimated project Size and costing through technical assessment of site and drawing. Site Survey: Perform site survey as and when required by the Company. Complete system designs for PV projects including site plans, mechanical racking and attachment plans, single-line electrical drawings, specifications of BOS location and interconnection details, and labelling. Ensuring the compliance with all the specifications and requirements during EPC contract negotiations. Provide technical support during installation, testing and commissioning. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Promote and enforce strict adherence to health, safety, security and environmental (HSSE) regulations, policies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Implement HSSE policies, procedures, and protocols to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel. Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor/ management. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years of prior experience in similar industry and/or position Proficient in AutoCad Proficient in Bahasa and English, understanding Mandarin will be an advantage Proficient in MS Office Able to prioritize and detailed oriented Proactive, positive and self-motivated with ability to work without close supervision Familiarity with local regulations, permitting processes, and environmental requirements in Indonesia Our Culture at Sembcorp At Sembcorp, our culture is shaped by a strong set of shared behaviours that guide the way we work and uphold our commitment to driving the energy transition.
