このポジションについて Forvis Mazars in Japanの税務アドバイザリーチームは、国内外のクライアントに対して、税務戦略の立案、税務リスクの分析、組織再編・M&Aに伴う税務支援など、付加価値の高いサービスを提供しています。 このポジションでは、クライアントのビジネス課題を税務の観点から捉え、最適なソリューションを提案・実行する役割を担っていただきます。クロスボーダー案件や多国籍企業への対応も含め、ダイナミックな環境で成長できる機会があります。 About this position The Tax Advisory team at Forvis Mazars in Japan provides high-value services to both domestic and international clients, including tax strategy development, tax risk analysis, and tax support for corporate restructuring and M&A. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying clients’ business challenges from a tax perspective and proposing and executing optimal solutions. You will have opportunities to grow in a dynamic environment, including handling cross-border transactions and working with multinational corporations. 職務内容 税務アドバイザリープロジェクトの全体管理（スコープ、スケジュール、品質） クライアントの経営層との折衝・提案活動 高度な税務ストラクチャリングやリスク分析の実施 チームの育成・マネジメント 他部門（監査、FA等）やTPチームとの連携による統合的なサービス提供 新規クライアントの開拓・提案書作成 税務デューデリジェンス 税務調査対応のサポート 国税当局との照会・折衝 Job Description Overall management of tax advisory projects (scope, schedule, quality) Negotiation and proposal activities with client executives Execution of advanced tax structuring and risk analysis Team development and management Providing integrated services through collaboration with other departments (Audit, FA, etc.) and Transfer Pricing team New client development and proposal creation Tax due diligence Support for tax audit responses Inquiries and negotiations with tax authorities 必須条件 税理士資格（科目合格含む） 国際税務に関する実務経験 会計事務所での税務申告またはアウトソーシング企業における会計記帳代行経験（合計10年以上） 日本語（ネイティブレベル）および英語（ビジネスレベル） チームマネジメント経験 尚可条件 M&Aや組織再編に関する税務アドバイザリー経験 Big4または外資系ファームでの勤務経験 クライアント向け提案書の作成経験 税務以外の分野（財務、法務など）との連携経験 税務アドバイザリー業務におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験 MUST Certified tax accountant (including partial qualification) Practical experience in international taxation Over 10 years of experience in tax filing at an accounting firm or in accounting/bookkeeping outsourcing services Native-level Japanese and business-level English Experience in team management NICE TO HAVE Tax advisory experience related to M&A or corporate restructuring Work experience at Big4 or foreign-affiliated firms Experience creating client proposals Experience collaborating with other departments (e.g., finance, legal) Project management experience in tax advisory services Forvis Mazarsの動画はこちらから
