職務内容 Forvis Mazarsのマネジャー （品質管理部門）は、プロフェッショナルとしてのスキルと経験を活かし、グローバルな監査サービスの品質を維持・向上させるため、監査サービスの屋台骨を構築していただきます。主な業務は以下の通りです。 ▼リスク管理 ・独立性と倫理に関するルールの整備と運用 ・クライアント／エンゲージメントの受嘱と継続に関する適切なプロセス整備・運用 ▼品質管理（設計、レビュー、モニタリング） ・公認会計士監査・審査会及び公認会計士協会のルール順守対応 ・Forvis Mazarsグローバルルールへの準拠対応 ▼テクニカルサポート ・会計基準-日本、米国会計基準および/またはIFRS ・プロフェッショナルスタンダード-JGAAS、ISA Job Description Quality risk management manager at Forvis Mazars will create the backbone of Audit service to maintain and improve Global quality of Audit service utilizing their professional skills and experiences. The main responsibilities are below. ▼Risk Management ・Independence and Ethics ・Client/Engagement Acceptance and Continuance ▼Quality Control (Design, Review, and Monitoring) ・Compliance with the rules of the CPA Auditing and Review Board and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants ・Compliance with Forvis Mazars global rules ▼Technical support ・Accounting standards – Japan, US GAAP and/or IFRS ・Professional standards－ JGAAS and ISA 必須条件 日本の公認会計士資格保持者 日本語・英語：ビジネスレベル（社内でのコミュニケーション、読み書きが可能な方 ） 5年以上の品質管理マネジメントまたは外部財務監査経験 グローバルルールを理解し、ローカライズする能力 MUST JICPA Japanese & English – Busines level to communicate and write internally 5 years+ of experience in quality risk management OR external financial audit Ability to understand the global rules and localize them Forvis Mazarsの動画はこちらから
