監査マネジャー（SPVチーム）　Audit Manager (SPV Team)

職務内容 法定監査（会社法、資産流動化法（SPC法）、投資事業有限責任組合（LPS）監査等）・任意監査 監査対象の多くは、SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) であり、その大部分は外資系企業が日本に組成する不動産・再生可能エネルギー関連ビークルです。そのため、本国との調整業務なども含めてご担当いただく可能性が あります。また、それ以外には、上記不動産、再生可能エネルギー、ファンドビジネスおよび周辺ビジネスに関連する事業会社、アセットマネジメント会社、持株会社等が含まれます。また、各種AUP業務も当該業務に含まれます。 Job Description Legal audit (Company Law, Asset Liquidation Law (SPC Law), Investment Limited Partnership (LPS) Audit, etc.) / Voluntary Audit Most of the audit targets are SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles), and most of them are real estate / renewable energy-related vehicles organized by foreign-affiliated companies in Japan. Therefore, there are many opportunities to be in charge of coordination work with their head office overseas. Other than that, operational companies related to the above real estate, renewable energy, fund business and peripheral businesses, asset management companies, holding companies, etc. are included.
