職務内容 ガバナンス、リスク、内部統制（GRIC）チームにおいて、戦略策定のサポート及び実施を担当する。 リスク評価の管理、リスク軽減策の提案、リスク監視プロセスの監督を行う。 チームリーダーのサポートやメンバー間、部門間の協力を促進する。 ガバナンス、リスク管理、内部統制に関する最新の動向や規制の変更を把握し、自身のみならず組織の能力向上に貢献する。 Job Description Support the development and execution of strategies within the Governance, Risk, and Internal Controls (GRIC) team. Manage risk assessments, propose risk mitigation measures, and oversee risk monitoring processes. Support team leaders and facilitate effective collaboration among team members and across departments. Stay informed about the latest trends and regulatory changes in governance, risk management, and internal controls, and contribute to enhancing both personal and organizational capabilities. 必須条件 ガバナンス、リスク管理、内部統制、コンプライアンス、または関連分野（監査法人での監査業務含む）で3年以上の経験があること。 JCPAまたはCPAに相当する資格。 強力な分析力と問題解決能力。 チームリーダーシップの実績またはそれに近しい経験。 優れたコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーションスキル。 MUST Over 3 years of experience in governance, risk management, internal control, compliance, or related fields (including experience in audit engagements at an audit firm). JCPA or certifications equivalent to CPA Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong track record of team leadership or related leadership experience.
