Job Description: Junior Technician Role: Junior Technician (Fitter / Electrician) Department: Engineering & Maintenance (API) Experience: 0–1 Year (Fresher) Qualification: ITI (Fitter or Electrician) Core Responsibilities Preventive Maintenance: Assist in servicing API equipment like Reactors (GLR/SSR) , Centrifuges, Dryers (RCVD/ANFD), and Pumps. Utility Operations: Monitor boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems. Electrical/Mechanical Support: * Fitters: Gasket replacement, pump alignment, and mechanical seal checks. Electricians: FLP (Flame-proof) motor checks, panel monitoring, and LOTO (Lock-out Tag-out) implementation. Compliance: Maintain daily logbooks and PM checklists strictly according to cGMP standards . Safety: Work strictly under Work Permit systems in hazardous solvent areas. Key Requirements Technical: Basic knowledge of hand tools and reading technical drawings/circuit diagrams. Safety: Understanding of "Flame-proof" equipment and fire safety in chemical zones. Flexibility: Ready to work in Rotational Shifts. Mindset: Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
