What you´ll do The Strategic Project Manager – M A and Growth Strategy will lead and support high-impact initiatives tied to acquisitions, integration, and strategic growth. This role will help evaluate opportunities, coordinate M A-related workstreams, and translate business priorities into clear plans, governance, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, this individual will bring structure to complex and confidential initiatives, support decision-making, manage risks and dependencies, and help ensure strategic growth initiatives deliver business value. Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional projects tied to M A, integration, growth strategy, and business priorities. Support acquisition evaluation, due diligence coordination, integration planning, and post-close tracking. Translate strategic objectives into clear plans, timelines, workstreams, owners, and success measures. Coordinate inputs across key functions, including Finance, Legal, Commercial, Operations, HR, IT, Supply Chain, and Market Intelligence. Track progress, risks, decisions, value realization, and business outcomes. Prepare executive updates, recommendations, and decision-support materials. Facilitate alignment across senior leaders and functional teams. Support repeatable M A and strategic project tools, templates, dashboards, and governance routines.
