Analyze data, improve processes, and implement changes to optimize plant performance. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within scope. Serve as a technical consultant, providing engineering expertise across the organization. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, influencing decisions and driving alignment. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and travel 30–50% to support project execution.
