Senior Process Engineer DUV Lithography - 100% For our Process Engineering department, we are looking for an experienced engineer to establish and develop advanced DUV photolithography processes. This is a newly created, project-driven role focused on the development, introduction and industrialization of advanced lithography capabilities, with the objective to establish a robust and scalable lithography platform including exposure and track processes.
