Job Summary: The Program Manager leads New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and drives cross-functional teams to achieve key development, qualification, manufacturing readiness, and production milestones. Acting as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, this role is responsible for coordinating activities across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure successful product launches and on-time delivery. The Program Manager manages program risks, drives issue resolution and organizational alignment, and ensures products transition efficiently from development to production in a high-volume manufacturing environment while meeting customer, quality, cost, and performance objectives.
