This role drives daily safety and quality performance, coordinates production activities and changeovers, and develops a motivated team through training and continuous improvement. Candidates should have 2+ years of post-high school education or equivalent manufacturing experience, familiarity with automated manufacturing and assembly processes, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
