We are looking for an
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
- to lead

- across departments. This role will focus on

- ensuring we attract, hire, and retain high-quality talent aligned with Habuild’s mission.

What You’ll Do
Hiring & Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end hiring across multiple roles and departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
- Drive workforce planning aligned with business growth plans.
- Build strong candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding readiness.
- Improve hiring turnaround time and candidate experience.
- Build relationships with agencies, job portals, and referral networks.
- Maintain structured hiring trackers and reports.
Business Partnering & Workforce Planning
- Partner closely with department leaders to understand team structure and hiring plans.
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and project timelines.
- Support leadership in building scalable team structures.
- Ensure resource readiness for new projects and expansions.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, role transitions, and exits.
- Ensure smooth onboarding experiences aligned with team readiness.
Conduct
- 30-60-90 day reviews
- and probation confirmations.
- Maintain employee records and documentation accuracy.
Performance Management & Employee Development
- Support performance management cycles including goal setting and performance discussions.
- Identify performance gaps and coordinate improvement plans where required.
- Partner with managers to support team productivity and growth.
- Collaborate with L&D teams to support skill development initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Drive employee engagement initiatives across teams.
- Conduct pulse surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement activities.
- Identify retention risks and proactively support employees.
- Strengthen company culture through consistent people practices.
Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented consistently.
- Guide managers and employees on HR policies and workplace practices.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Handle employee concerns and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
HR Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze key hiring and HR metrics such as
Time-to-hire
- Offer acceptance rate
- Attrition rate
- Hiring funnel conversion
- Generate reports to support decision-making.
- Use data insights to improve hiring and people processes.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience
- in HRBP, Talent Acquisition, or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in
- end-to-end hiring across multiple roles
- .
- Experience managing
- mid-to-high volume hiring
- .
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Ability to handle both
- strategic hiring and operational HR responsibilities
- .
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- High ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with HRMS and ATS tools.
