QAQC ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure product quality across steel manufacturing and fabrication processes. Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards. Investigate quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and drive continuous improvement. Handle customer complaints, prepare quality reports, support quality audits, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical, Materials, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing (preferably steel, metal, or fabrication industry). Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015, steel manufacturing processes, product standards (SNI, JIS, ASTM, EN, AS/NZS), and Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA). Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and AutoCAD. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
