About The Role

The General Practitioner – Aesthetic Medicine is responsible for providing safe, ethical, and high-quality aesthetic medical treatments while ensuring excellent patient care and satisfaction. The role involves patient consultations, treatment planning, performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures within the scope of the practitioner's DHA/MOH/DOH license and privileges, maintaining accurate medical records, and contributing to the growth of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, medical assessments, and aesthetic evaluations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and expectations.
  • Perform aesthetic procedures within the approved scope of practice, including:
  • Botox injections
  • Dermal fillers
  • Skin boosters
  • PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy
  • Mesotherapy
  • Chemical peels
  • Microneedling
  • Thread lifting (if licensed and privileged)
  • Minor skin procedures where applicable
  • Manage and treat complications arising from aesthetic procedures.
  • Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and post-procedure care.
  • Ensure informed consent is obtained before all procedures.
  • Provide follow-up consultations and monitor treatment outcomes.
  • Prescribe medications where clinically appropriate and within licensing regulations.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all healthcare regulations.

Patient Care

  • Deliver exceptional patient experience and customer service.
  • Build long-term relationships with patients.
  • Address patient concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
  • Valid DHA License as a General Practitioner.
  • Aesthetic Medicine certification from a recognized training institution.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine is preferred.
  • Experience in cosmetic injectables and non-surgical aesthetic procedures is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.
