experience and certification in SCRUM
experience in organizing SCRUM meetings, such as retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning, etc
experience in working closely with: development team, product owner, etc
knowledge administering the product backlog in partnership with the product owner and the development team as part of the backlog refinement
experience in motivating and coaching teams to perform at their best
ability to communicate in English
