Quality Engineer

Direct contact with the client during the prototype, pre-production and production phases Overseeing and participating in the preparation of samples for the client (tests, cubing, colour matching, etc.), establishing tolerance limits with the client Processing and managing customer complaints at every stage of product development (knowledge of 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FTA) Active involvement in the implementation of new projects Analysing requirements and preparing quality documentation, including CP and PPAP Developing and agreeing with the client on concepts for measuring instruments in accordance with RPS Providing support in conducting quality analyses of processes and products Developing and agreeing with the client on a material testing plan Direct involvement in client audits
