We are now looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our growing team.

The Role
- As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
- You will lead by example, supporting and supervising care staff while ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered at all times.
Your responsibilities will include
- Supporting residents with daily living activities
- Administering and recording medication in line with company procedures
- Supervising and mentoring Care Assistants
- Developing, reviewing, and updating care plans
- Supporting residents with personal care and emotional wellbeing
- Working closely with families and healthcare professionals
- Promoting independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion
- Supporting residents receiving end-of-life care
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
- Ensuring high standards of safeguarding and person-centred care
About You
We are looking for someone who
- Has previous experience working within adult social care
- Has experience supervising or leading care teams
- Is compassionate, reliable, and person-centred in their approach
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding care
- Works well as part of a team and can lead by example
