The Role

• As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
• You will lead by example, supporting and supervising care staff while ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered at all times.

Your responsibilities will include

• Supporting residents with daily living activities
• Administering and recording medication in line with company procedures
• Supervising and mentoring Care Assistants
• Developing, reviewing, and updating care plans
• Supporting residents with personal care and emotional wellbeing
• Working closely with families and healthcare professionals
• Promoting independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion
• Supporting residents receiving end-of-life care
• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
• Ensuring high standards of safeguarding and person-centred care

About You

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience working within adult social care
• Has experience supervising or leading care teams
• Is compassionate, reliable, and person-centred in their approach
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Is passionate about delivering outstanding care
• Works well as part of a team and can lead by example
