Reach Truck Driver

Here at Americold, we are recruiting for a Reach Truck Driver based at our Whitchurch site. This role is focused on reach truck operation and general warehouse duties within a temperature‑controlled environment. You will support pallet movements, loading and unloading activities, and manual case picking as required. Key Responsibilities Loading and unloading trucks as required Transferring pallets from loading bays to designated storage areas Operating Reach Trucks safely and efficiently Picking cases manually as required Receiving and dispatching pallets via Warehouse Management System (WMS) using handheld scanners Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Carrying out general warehouse duties, including manual handling and product handling Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times Working hours Days – 4 on / 4 off (7am – 7pm) Rate of Pay £13-14 per hour, Overtime £19-21 per hour. £30 per week shift premium. Required criteria Previous experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment Reach Truck licence or experience Good attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to remain calm under pressure Flexible approach and willingness to adapt Good communication skills Desirable Experience using WMS and handheld scanners
