Transit Talent Coordinator Starting Salary $67,842.67 This position is located in EMBARK’s Safety & Training Division and reports to the division manager. Essential job functions: The Transit Talent Coordinator trains Bus and Streetcar Operator trainees to full performance and licensing, assists with the development and delivery of technical, safety, and soft-skills training, serves as backup administrator for the learning management system (LMS), maintains training records, and evaluates program effectiveness to support safe, reliable, customer-focused service across EMBARK operations.
