About The Role

We are searching for an Agile Coach with a strategic and hands-on transformation leader mindset, responsible for improving the effectiveness of Agile product organizations across multiple business domains and teams. The role provides leadership and coaching to Scrum Masters, Product teams, and leaders, driving measurable improvements in delivery, collaboration, agility, and business outcomes. Beyond fostering Agile practices, the Agile Coach evaluates organizational maturity, identifies systemic improvement opportunities, promotes pragmatic standards, facilitates large-scale collaboration and planning sessions, and supports the implementation of OKRs to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. The role works closely with other Agile Coaches to continuously evolve the organization's operating model, delivery capabilities, and ways of working.
