About The Role
We are currently seeking a Wealth Services Assistant to join our Woodgrove branch in Nanaimo. The Wealth Services Assistant provides administrative and marketing support to assigned Senior Wealth Advisors and responds to routine member/client inquiries. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of client meetings, transaction documentation and participating in campaigns or special projects. Please note, this role may be required to work out of a wealth management centre.
