Branch Manager (Victoria Area)

We are currently seeking a Branch Manager to join our team at one of our Victoria Branch locations. The Branch Manager is responsible for developing and directing the growth strategy and service portfolio goals for their assigned branch. This includes promoting assigned branch and Tru Cooperative Bank within the community; providing sales and service leadership to branch team; coaching and directing the branch management team; developing and successfully executing an annual business plan for the operations, sales management and financial growth of branch; developing and enhancing long-term member relationships; and identifying strategies to increase profits and reduce expenses.
